Interested in volunteering at Trails4Tails Fest?
Volunteers are awesome and essential to making Trails4Tails a success. Please take a moment to read about being a Trails4Tails Fest volunteer.
Volunteer & Race - You can do it all!
We encourage you to volunteer and race if this is something you care to do. Volunteer positions that will allow you to race the same day you volunteer are:
-Parking
-Registration
-Race set-up
-Clean-up
Volunteer Duties:
We will need volunteers for set up Friday, 10/15 from 10:30am until 5pm & day of the event Saturday, 10/16 from 6am to 6pm. Join the fun! Volunteers will need to wear a volunteer shirt provided by Trails4Tails Fest. (exception those working the Ruff Life tent please wear your Ruff Life logo shirt and name tag).
You may sign up for multiple volunteer slots as long as times do not overlap. We ask that volunteers arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled slot and upon arrival check-in at the Volunteer Tent. Please be sure to read the detailed instructions that will be mailed out prior to event.
Please be prepared to work your full time slot. Water and light snacks will be provided. You are encouraged to either pack your lunch or you can purchase food from the food trucks.
*Please note: Although we are a Dog & Family friendly race while volunteering it is important to focus completely on your assigned responsibilities. Please do not bring your dog to your volunteer post. If bringing your dog, please have a friend or family member watch them for you during your volunteer time. (This excludes foster dogs coming with their fosters for the Ruff Life table). No retractable leashes permitted.
Students and Community Groups:
Student and Community Groups are welcome to volunteer for community service hours. We will happily fill out the proper forms for you!
Groups:
We will gladly promote your group for volunteering and and welcome you to be part the Trails4Tails experience. email trails4tails@icloud.com for details
